Where it started
In 1971, Tam's Burgers opened its doors in Southern California with one simple idea: make real food for real people. More than five decades later, that same idea is still driving every burger, burrito, and breakfast plate we serve.
The open kitchen
Everything at Tam's is prepared fresh daily on site — you can watch it happen right at the grill. Our hamburgers are made with 100% pure beef, and there are no shortcuts anywhere on the menu.
More than a burger joint
With over 150 menu items — 40+ breakfast options and 100 lunch and dinner selections — Tam's is a full diner experience. Burgers, carne asada burritos, steak sandwiches, chili cheese fries, waffles: there's always something new to try.

Yucaipa's Tam's since 2011
Yucaipa got its own Tam's in 2011 — and the connection has only deepened since. Guests here are regulars, staff are remembered by name, and families who grew up on Tam's are now bringing their own kids through the door.
